Custom Double DIN Stereo Bezel With Vintage Air Option
A custom, 3D printed Double DIN Stereo and Navigation Center with optional Air Conditioning bezel for your 1969-1972 Chevrolet Blazer, GMC Jimmy, Suburban or Truck. When updating your Blazer project with newer technology that requires more room than the factory allowed for, this custom 3D printed bezel - adapter will present a more factory-like look to your installation and be the centerpiece to your modern dash. The design of this bezel will allow for proper fitment for most all double DIN Stereos, and Navigation Centers as well as add support to the face of the unit.
The AC vent openings measure 2 1/2 inches in diameter for a flush mount of most AC vents. The AC control unit opening measures 4.125" X 1.25". The photos show a Vintage Air 491223-RUA - Upgrade 3-Knob Gen IV Proline Oval Horizontal Control Panel with Black Anodized Face and Knobs.
This piece is made of ABS plastic and will ship to you in the raw molded form. It can be used with the raw finish, but to achieve the custom look shown in the photos, it will need to be sanded, prepped and finished to match your interior.
Attachment to your dash is done through 6 threaded holes located in the back of the bezel with the supplied bolts. Some alteration of your dash will be necessary for proper fitment and the end result will really be worth it!
